  • To maintain minimal notes for continuity

  • To fulfil my ethical duty of care

  • Occasionally to send updates or resources (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Sensitive information is collected only with your informed consent and strictly for delivering safe and effective services. You may withhold any information, though this may limit my ability to support you fully.

5. Storage and security of your information

  • Notes and forms are stored in encrypted, password-protected Google Drive folders (2-factor authentication enabled).

  • Only I (Timothy Dipple) have access.

  • I do not record video or audio. Google Meet calls are never recorded.

  • Notes are kept to the minimum necessary and securely destroyed when no longer required.

Everything shared is strictly confidential. I will not disclose it without your written consent except in these limited circumstances (required or permitted by law):

  • Serious and imminent risk of harm to yourself or others (including child-safety concerns)

  • Anonymous peer supervision or consultation (no identifying details)

  • Court order or legal requirement

  • Overdue payment referred to a debt collector (only name, amount owed, service dates – content remains confidential)
